Hardware procurement & lifecycle management in the Philippines.

Spec the right hardware, source it through active distributor partnerships, deploy it on-site, and retire it on schedule. For Philippine SMBs and professional services firms that have been buying laptops one panic at a time. Cost-plus on procurement, or a flat-monthly HaaS retainer for managed lifecycle.

Who this is for

Hardware procurement is for Philippine businesses where IT hardware decisions are made under pressure — usually when something dies. The pattern looks like this: the firm has 15–40 employees, an aging mix of laptops bought in three different batches, no central inventory of warranty status, and a network closet that nobody has touched since the original move-in. There's no refresh plan because nobody has been responsible for one.

What changes with us as your hardware partner is straightforward: every device has a known owner, a known purchase date, a known warranty status, and a known retirement date. New hires arrive to a configured laptop. Old laptops leave the building wiped. The network gear is mapped and labeled. The office wifi works because somebody is actually responsible for it.

Scope of work

Specification

Right-sized

We build a hardware specification per role — partner laptop, associate laptop, paralegal laptop, etc. — not per individual. Specs are based on real workload patterns, not vendor marketing. We do not push you toward the highest-margin SKU.

Sourcing

Active distributor partnerships

We hold direct distributor relationships in the Philippines for the brands and SKUs we recommend. That means real pricing, real stock visibility, and real warranty terms — not whatever a reseller could get off Lazada that morning.

Imaging & deployment

On-site or shipped

Endpoints arrive configured to your standard image — disk encryption on, MDM enrollment done, baseline software installed, password-manager seat reserved. New hires plug in and start working; they don't spend day one chasing IT.

Documentation & inventory

Single source of truth

Every device gets an asset tag, an owner, a purchase date, a warranty expiry date, and a planned retirement date in a single inventory. You can answer "who has what?" and "what's about to go out of warranty?" in seconds.

Endpoints we source

The vast majority of endpoints we deploy fall into a small set of well-supported SKUs:

  • Business-class Windows laptops — ThinkPad, EliteBook, Latitude, and equivalent. We avoid consumer SKUs because they're harder to service and have worse warranty coverage.
  • MacBooks — for design, video, and engineering roles where the team's working set is on macOS.
  • Workstation desktops — for roles that don't move (back-office, video editing, dev).
  • Mobile devices — Android and iOS, deployed under MDM, with separation of work and personal data.

Networking & on-site infrastructure

Not every engagement needs network work, but where it does we cover:

  • Office wifi planning and deployment — coverage survey, AP placement, controller setup.
  • Switching and structured cabling for new office build-outs.
  • Firewall configuration with documented rules and a current diagram.
  • Server hardware specification and deployment where on-premise infrastructure still makes sense (it rarely does — we'll tell you when).
  • Virtualization advisory — when to virtualize, when to move workloads to managed cloud instead.
  • Backup and DR planning, including verification of restores.

Lifecycle management

The part most Philippine SMBs don't have, and the part that makes the most difference over time:

  • Refresh planning. A rolling 36–48 month refresh schedule by role, so you're never replacing the whole fleet at once and never running mission-critical work on a 6-year-old machine.
  • Warranty tracking. Every device's warranty expiry is in the inventory. We surface what's about to roll out and what to extend.
  • Retirement & wipe. Decommissioned devices are wiped to a documented standard before they leave your building, with a certificate kept for your records. Where possible we manage trade-in or responsible recycling.
  • Spares. A small reserve of pre-imaged loaner laptops, so a dead device doesn't put a fee-earner offline for two days.

How an engagement runs

  1. Discovery (free, 30–45 min). Headcount, current state, pain points, planned hires.
  2. Audit & spec (1–2 weeks). Current-state audit of devices, network, and contracts. Proposed specifications and refresh schedule.
  3. Procurement. We source against the agreed spec. Pricing is shared transparently — you see distributor price plus markup, not a bundled mystery number.
  4. Imaging & deployment. Devices arrive configured. We deploy on-site for offices in our service area or ship pre-imaged where remote.
  5. Lifecycle (ongoing). Inventory maintained, refreshes scheduled, retirements handled. You stop thinking about hardware as a panic and start thinking about it as a plan.

Pricing model

Two engagement models — pick the one that matches how you want to handle hardware:

Cost-plus procurement

Best for one-off purchases or a defined refresh cycle. Distributor price plus a transparent markup, agreed in writing. You see what we paid; you see what we charged.

Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) retainer

Best for firms who want hardware as an operating expense, not a capex line. A flat monthly fee per endpoint covers the device, refresh, lifecycle management, spares, and warranty handling. Term-based, with clean exit terms.

Service area & logistics

Our base is in Lucena City, Calabarzon. We provide on-site deployment across:

  • Calabarzon (Region IV-A)
  • Metro Manila (NCR)
  • Major business centers nationwide on a scheduled basis

For locations outside our standard on-site area, we ship pre-imaged devices with a runbook for in-office unboxing — or coordinate with a local technician partner.

Common questions

Do you sell hardware internationally?

Not today. Our distributor partnerships and warranty arrangements are Philippine-specific. For international engagements we recommend procuring locally and bringing us in for spec, imaging, and lifecycle management remotely.

What brands do you work with?

The mainstream business-class brands: Lenovo, HP, Dell, Apple, and selected SKUs from ASUS and Acer for specific roles. We're brand-neutral; we choose for fit and total cost of ownership, not for kickback.

Can you handle our existing fleet too?

Yes. We inventory whatever you have, set retirement dates, and roll it into the same lifecycle plan as new procurement. You don't have to throw away what works.
