Discovery is paid and fixed. After Discovery you get a fixed scope at a fixed price, agreed in writing before anything is built. We do not bill by the hour. The monthly plans are a flat fee.

How long before something works?
Discovery runs three to five business days. Build work ships in two-week milestones, each ending in something you can open and test.

What happens if the automation gets something wrong?
It stops. Everything we build stops in front of anything that moves money, reaches a client, or commits your firm. A person approves before it continues, and the run is logged either way.

Do we have to pay you monthly afterwards?
No. You can take the build, the documentation, and the keys. The monthly plan exists because automations drift when nobody watches them, but it is a separate decision made after handover.

Who actually does the work?
The people who scope it. There is no account manager in between, and no handoff to someone else after you sign.
